The entire program is split into two levels - Introductory (4 sessions) over two weekends and Comprehensive (16 sessions) over 8 weekends. We will cover a variety of topics and aspects during this 2.5 months journey.

Therapeutic Music (for protection and well-being, better sleep, better digestion, etc) and exclusive raagas for healthy pregnancy
Meditation and affirmations for peace and inner joy
Deep mind techniques to deal with anxiety, stress, belief change
Garbhasamvad (art of communicating with the baby)
Opening up the heart center to express gratitude to the creator and the creation
Tips and techniques on painless and stress-free delivery.
